My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The room opened directly onto the space, equipped with a fridge, microwave, sink, table, and chairs, making it super practical. The daily snacks and chocolates were a nice touch, and the housekeeping was on point. However, the service was a bit disorganized at times. The location was perfect for walking along the riverwalk and being close to the stadiums, offering beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere with the water features. The dining experience was excellent, and the beds were so comfortable I didn't want to leave. As for the facilities, they were top-notch.
Staying at the hotel was a wonderful experience overall. The rooms were lovely and spacious, offering a great deal for the price. The service stood out as one of the best aspects, with kind and friendly staff across all departments. The location by the river provided beautiful views and easy access to entertainment venues, though some improvements in the dining experience would have been appreciated.
